  They were very quick to order parts we needed. Yet, I called to cancel one of the items. The gentleman asked what part I wanted canceled and said ok. I asked him if he needed the name it was ordered under. Oh yeah. Two days later we went to the store to pick our other part up. They had not canceled the other part. We were charged over a $100 for a "restocking" fee cause someone failed to cancel the part. Not only that, but when I told the man who was helping us, he literally threw a temper tantrum. He cried out in disgust and threw papers across the counter. We will NEVER do business with them again. It was uncalled for, irresponsible, and totally unprofessional!!
